“The bed was so comfortable and big. Hardly know there wa 2 in there. Great location. Staff very frie”

I let them know the shower had a problem and by the next morning it was fixed, but the shower tray wasn’t cleaned and water kept spilling over it.

The location was great, and everything else was fine.

The hotel is very convenient to the Town Hall and the rooms are a really good size, with no issues.

“Thankfully staff lovely and rooms clean so I suppose one could be forgiven since stay was just one night as location per”

The location was good, but the rooms were too cold and the heater supplied was very small; thankfully the bed was warm and comfortable. Echoes from the hallway and I think pipes could be heard during the night, waking you up! The bathroom was very dated and the layout awful… the toilet blocked the doorway and the shower over a mini bath… these need to be improved for what we paid to stay here.

“Highly disappointing”

The location was good, but I wasn’t told about an extra $100 deposit until I arrived. I had already paid for the room in advance, then I was charged an unexpected $100 on arrival, which made me feel very unwelcome and untrusted. I was told that the deposit would be refunded when I checked out in the morning, but that was a lie. On checkout I was told it would take 5 days to refund. I won’t stay there again because it’s dishonest not to include it when booking. The room itself was dated. There was a dirty towel in the ‘bath’. I asked for a bath. It was a small shub – not suitable for relaxing in. Only enough shower gel for one person, two tissues in the tissue box – all felt penny‑pinching and mean, for $260 a night!
