“Comfortable Stay at a Great Price”

We really enjoyed our stay, especially considering the very good price. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, with two double beds, one single bed, a large TV, all the necessary amenities, and a fairly spacious kitchen. The distance to public transport could be a downside for some guests. The bus stop was approximately 550 metres away, while the train station was around 900 metres away. This was not a major issue for us, as we are used to walking. The windows did not have mosquito screens, and there was no particular view, as they faced neighbouring building walls or trees. Another aspect was the strict quiet hours and the emphasis on carefully sorting waste, even though not all the necessary bins were provided. We later encountered similar practices in other accommodations in Japan, so this seems to be fairly common. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the excellent price was definitely one of the biggest advantages

“利便性バッチリ！新発見！”

The approach from the front door felt comfortable. I shopped at the supermarket across the street and relaxed in the kitchen. There were also public baths nearby, so I could enjoy a short walk and experience Kyoto life.

The surroundings were really quiet and the accommodation, including the bathroom, was spotless; the staff answered questions super fast!!! I’d love to stay again. The only downside was that I could hear trains passing even late at night, but that was fine too.

The place was very clean and the facilities were well-equipped, making it comfortable. I felt a great deal of value for the price I paid. It would have been helpful to have hand soap; the sink drain was weak and water pooled, so fixing that would make it even better.

The property is clean and well maintained. The location is a little bit far from the bus stop and train station.
