The location was fine, but we didn’t know there was no elevator, and we had to climb up to the second floor with heavy luggage.

The place is in a good spot, but the room was tiny, the floor had old bedding, and the bathroom had a capsule‑shaped shower that I absolutely hated – it was ridiculously small. The toilet was glued to a huge sink, forcing us to sit sideways.

Comfortable, convenient, in the center. A strong scent of spray in the room after cleaning caused an allergy; I sneezed and coughed. Don’t use the spray so heavily.

The service was excellent and very welcoming. Upon arrival, they gave me a useful city guide with points of interest and places to eat. I arrived early, and they checked if the room was ready and offered to hold my luggage. They’re always ready to provide the best service and very friendly. The location is also great, just five minutes from the historic center.
