The room was comfortable and clean, but street noise was a nuisance—normal for being in Bangalore.

The location was good.

The location and breakfast were fine, but the maintenance staff were useless. The first night I received a different room than the one I booked, and when I asked the next day they said it was the only one available—yet they shouldn’t have shown me a room that wasn’t available. The ventilation system was inadequate, smoke from other rooms drifted in, and the maintenance worker didn’t help; I couldn’t sleep until 2 am and had to change rooms at that hour because I felt suffocated, so the rooms were substandard.

The hotel’s location in the city center made it easy to reach other areas, and the staff were warm, humble, and helpful. The place was clean and the hospitality was honest.
