The spot is great, central and quiet! The rooms are lovely with a very good mattress, and the staff are extremely helpful and polite.

We stayed three nights at Hotel Oikoperigiitis, were so pleased that we promised to return in the spring.

Private parking is very convenient and the location is excellent. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious (we had gelato and dinner), breakfast is excellent and plentiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the value for money is outstanding.
I had a very bad experience that will last several days. I was traveling by motorcycle for a service through Bulgaria and chose this accommodation for the night of 4 September 2025, which also offered motorcycle parking. When I contacted the owner, who was basically the same place, they said there was no parking spot and told me to leave the bike beside the road. Not wanting to cause trouble and seeing it was quiet, I agreed. I rested, ate, and went to bed. At 5 am I woke up with irritation on my face, looked in the mirror and saw a swollen, almost closed left eye and ear. Because I’m a general practitioner, I always travel with medication. I immediately took two sheets of cortisone and antihistamine and waited to see if there was a risk of airway swelling that could endanger my life. After two hours I saw it wasn’t spreading, there were no symptoms on the body or extremities, and I went to reception. I met a lady who was in the kitchen, saw my condition and was alarmed. I asked to speak with the manager and ordered a coffee (which they forgot to charge me for). The owner came, saw me, I asked if the disinfection had been done and they brought me the certificates and said they were in contact with the company that performed it. In the conversation, as is typical in these cases, I immediately said I wouldn’t take legal action and gave the owner some information because if I had been allergic, a similar incident could endanger an allergic person’s life. The owner told me they would email me the disinfection documents, etc. That happened, but something else occurred that forced me to take cortisone and restrict my breathing.
