The personal staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and it’s very close to the lift.

The staff were incredibly kind and available 24/7, never left us waiting. The place stayed clean with daily housekeeping. It’s in a central spot right next to the lifts, and the little café hatch next door is great for morning coffee, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had no complaints at all; I felt well taken care of and it was nice.
For the price we paid, the place was great, close to everything needed on vacation, the cable car, the cliffs, and the promenade. The hotel staff are indescribably good and always ready to help with anything.
