The location was good, but the hotel demanded a 100€ deposit without prior notice during confirmation and before the stay, and the terrace stairs were a problem.

The central spot made walking around convenient and the private parking was handy, though it can fill up so arriving early is wise; the hotel feels like a 1970‑80 relic marketed as a new cool place, with everything old and the price set as if it were new, and while the staff is friendly, overall it’s best to avoid it if possible—especially in Olbia where options are limited and the hotel is often full for travelers before or after ferries or flights.

The cleanliness and location were fine, but the human side fell short; the air‑conditioning was too cold and no solution was offered, and the hospitality one expects from a four‑star hotel was disappointing.
