“Great Location, But Service Fell Short”
The location in San Blas was convenient. The breakfast was disappointing—very basic and the coffee was poor. We also had a hot‑water issue; showers had no hot water until it was fixed, which was a big inconvenience. As it was our honeymoon, we expected better service and detail, and those problems spoiled what could have been a special stay.
“Melhor opção em Cusco !”
We returned after visiting Machu Picchu and liked it even more! I highly recommend it to anyone going to Cusco.
“Super recomendado”
The hotel is beautiful and very well located, about a 10‑minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The reception keeps hot water and coca leaves ready for making mate, which is great for altitude sickness. The reception staff are very friendly. On the days we woke up early, they had breakfast packed for take‑away, and when we shared the buffet it was delicious. I liked everything and recommend it.
“Melhor custo benefício de Cusco ! Voltaremos com certeza !”
The location, cleanliness, and staff were always helpful and eager to assist! The room was spacious with a heater. We liked everything!
“Amazing location and friendly staff”
The hotel sits in a good spot in the city and the staff are very friendly. You can get coca tea at reception anytime, and they’ll help with luggage since there’s no elevator to the rooms. The room has a heater for winter cold, and reception is open 24/7. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco. The only downside is there’s no drinking water in the rooms; you have to buy it at reception.
