“Great base for exploring Tokyo”
I loved the location, the staff, and the clean, comfortable rooms. There was no iron and the kids’ space was tiny. The laundry room was handy but pricey, and again no iron.

The location was fine. There was a funny smell in the toilet, and I think the price should include daily cleaning.

The location was on a quieter street with easy access to busy areas. Nothing else to mention.

Big room, with fully equipped kitchen and bathtub. Staff was more than lovely, so helpful and kind. Location was great at a less touristy part of the city, but well connected and close to a mall, supermarket. Also very nice the children's activities they always display at the lobby, and the restaurant recommendations. They also have a laundry area that was very convenient. Our room was right next to the smoking room (I believe the only one in the building). To be honest it didn't really affect our stay as the door was always well shut, but we absolutely hate smoking so even walking past it and smelling faint smoke was a bit of a nuisance to us. The elevator was also a bit busy at certain times, and the stairs were closed off
