The staff were exceptional, helping us with everything and trying as much as possible to provide all services and arrange boat trips to nearby villages; they were all wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They also organized a coordination for a honeymoon celebration, providing a wonderful bouquet with a nice message and a very tasty cake. The only minor thing worth mentioning is that breakfast was somewhat simple, but that does not affect my experience negatively.

Honestly, this has been, hands down, one of the best days of the past few years. The place is just magical. The quality of the room is way above average, and every request was welcomed with a smile. Especially the owner, Alessandro, went a very long way in helping us with a boat rental and arranging something special for my romantic dinner with my wife. Nothing

We stayed in a higher‑category room and the balcony view was amazing. The pillows were not as soft as I would like them to be, and the lighting inside and outside the rooms is not great. Overall, the hotel is beautiful.

The location was nice and quiet, with lake views, a pool, and an amazing reception/concierge. The 2‑bed villa was spacious and had the stated amenities, but the furnishings were cheap/budget quality, which was disappointing compared to the photos. It was also disappointing that there was no bar after 6 pm.
