The room was actually pretty nice - clean and comfy, and the location was spot on. But the staff was a different story. I asked for water and had to wait ages for it to arrive, which was frustrating. It seemed like they just didn't care about the guests.

This hotel's got some major drawbacks. The room was tiny, and there were no charging points near the bed or TV table, which was annoying. They also didn't accept online charges, and wanted extra cash on top. Oh, and it's really only suited for young couples, so if you're traveling with family or friends, look elsewhere.

The elevator made it easy to get to my room, and the staff were really helpful. That said, breakfast wasn't impressive.
