There was no hot water on the night of the 11th and not even in the morning of the 12th/08; the cold shower was impossible, they said there was a problem and that it would be fixed that night, but it wasn’t, and the next day I had another cold shower—this has happened before at the same hotel.

I liked the location and the simple breakfast, but I was assigned a family room with a double bed and two single beds. The mattresses are spring beds that make an absurd noise with even the slightest movement, and all the beds in room 108 were in the same condition. The minibar had to be unplugged because it also made an absurd noise. At night there was a lot of noise from the receptionist chatting and laughing with other people, probably guests. In short, it was a bad night with a lot of noise and no comfort.

Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in several areas, including a subpar breakfast and numerous cleanliness issues. The parking situation was particularly problematic, and the bathroom amenities left much to be desired. Despite these issues, there were some redeeming qualities to the stay.
