The staff were super empathetic and helpful, which was a bright spot. But the room was a nightmare – too small for a larger person, smelled like sewage, and the blanket had a bad odor. I missed my flight by a hair because the hotel was farther from Congonhas than I thought, and the noise at night was constant, not even from planes. The bathroom was dirty, the towel hook was rusty, and the whole place felt disorganized.

Service was top‑notch, no noise at all – perfect for sleeping. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was ready. I slept soundly and woke up refreshed.

Loved the location, privacy and the calm vibe around the property. The only downside was the bathrooms – not great – and the pillow was way too hard. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.
