First, there was no breakfast available at all, the staff were very lazy, nothing was good to be liked, no tea, and the staff acted like a bureaucrat who always wants a commission, offering half the rate of a food item if you ask him to bring it from 150 m away. I suggest replacing Nikita, giving him good food, clean clothes so that they value cleanliness, and teaching them good manners.

The only positive was the location. No facility was provided as described in the app; the TV was not recharged even after requesting, and they didn’t respond.

It’s right by BHU’s main gate and, though the hotel lacks a restaurant, there are plenty of eateries nearby; the staff were friendly. The rooms are so tight that moving around is difficult, the AC leaks water, the bathroom is tiny, and water also drips into the room; there’s no dustbin inside, only one outside that holds everything.
