The location is good with many nearby stores, but there was no hot water, no towels in the room, and no room service during our stay. The shower had red stains, and when I told the front‑desk clerk they said they would send a housekeeper, but no one ever came.

The staff were friendly, but our door had no latch lock—it was clearly broken and never replaced. A sticky spill on the floor next to the bed showed the floors weren’t cleaned, and the TV wasn’t connected to their network, so it wasn’t usable.

The bed was comfortable, the TV channels were clear, and the floor and restroom were clean, which were big positives for me. After a 12‑hour drive I just wanted a shower, but the water never changed temperature no matter which setting I used, and the sink had the same issue. I decided to wake up a bit earlier and try again instead of calling the front desk because I was tired and didn’t want to wait to get to bed. After 7 hours the problem was still the same, so I had to take a room‑temperature shower because I had no other choice, and I had to leave to keep my schedule.

The room felt freshly renovated, otherwise it would have been uninhabitable. The drive up revealed several people “hanging out” near the back, hinting that the place wasn’t very classy. Long black hairs were on the bathroom floor, and the tub seemed never to have been cleaned properly in years. A stain on the comforter made it clear I wouldn’t walk barefoot on that floor.
