There was nothing I liked. The hotel was awful, especially in cold weather, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I stayed here yesterday and the impressions were extremely negative. The room was very cold. The TV didn’t work, the heater didn’t work either, and the door wouldn’t close or lock properly. The staff were completely unwelcoming and indifferent to guests. One girl in particular, whose name I unfortunately don’t know, simply replied, “Do it yourself,” when I asked for help with the heater. That attitude toward guests is unacceptable. The staff were as cold as the room itself. If you don’t want to freeze and ruin your mood, especially in cold weather, I don’t recommend this hotel. I’ll never come back.
