“Once they complete renovations will be very nice.”
The location is solid and there’s always someone at the desk. The place is super loud, right next to two bars.

The hostel’s spot is spot‑on, the staff are friendly, and the common areas feel nice. However, the doors are a real headache: the room passes work only half the time, even when you’re careful to keep them away from phones or other cards. You have to push the door hard and wake everyone in the dorm to get into your room, so getting in late at night is impossible unless you bother everyone. On top of that, the door to the reception can jam completely. The private bathroom in the room isn’t cleaned daily, even though it’s shared with the dorm folks. We weren’t told about breakfast at all; we only found out there was one when the staff started tidying up at 9 a.m.! The opening hours should be announced upon arrival.

The first night was awful because the upper bed faced a light from the exit sign and I could barely sleep, so I asked for a move. The new bed had a blood stain. The showers weren’t very clean inside, though the toilets were tidy.

The bed was comfy. Changing rooms almost every day annoyed me.
