“Very comfortable, relaxing and friendly hotel - it’s outstanding!”

The staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. The hotel was in a great spot for Southbank. Breakfast at the hotel was exceptional in terms of choice and quality.
