“Più pessimo di così un appartamento non si trova”
Everything was terrible. I arrived on the 15th and called the place for the apartment code; Lost sent it to me and I told him how awful it was. The kitchen smelled bad, dishes and pots were piled up and dirty. I opened my room—or rather the room that was supposed to be mine—bed was broken, towels were smelly, bathroom was dirty, bathroom door was filthy with poop. I didn’t say it, I called Lost, he said sorry and swapped my apartment, sent me elsewhere. I arrived there exhausted, saw the bed was made, and I went to my son. When I came back I wanted to organise my stuff, opened the drawers, they were dirty, full of crumbs, breadsticks, and the last drawer had a drip that made the vase overflow. A pipette that had been used for drugs by someone before me. The heating was off, a freezing cold. I used empty water bottles with hot water to warm myself, I notified them, sent them photos of the drawer contents and that the kitchen was a mess, all dirty everywhere. The next day they said they would clean, but no one came to remove the mess in the room. After two days they sent me a message that from 10 to 11 I had to leave the room because an inspector would pass by and leave the room tidy. I thought, okay, I’ll return at 11:30, nobody had entered the room yet, after a while I heard knocking. The inspector came, took photos, I told him about the discomfort and the cold, he fixed the heating but in eight days I never saw the face of this apartment owner. I definitely don’t recommend anyone, it’s a pity because the location is the first and second, you can say close to the centre, five minutes on foot, I’m sorry as I told him that people renting a room first impression must be order and cleanliness, which they don’t know
