“Chambre catastrophique.”

La localisation et le personnel. Chambre totalement délabrée, sol déchiré, moisissure partout, climatiseur cassé et surtout gros tuyau de soufflerie devant la fenêtre qui fait un bruit énorme en permanence, voir les photos. La baignoire spa est une ruine, Ne prenez surtout pas cette chambre si vous cherchez à vous reposer, chambre 720 ( Deluxe sur papier )de mémoire

“No geral, tive uma ótima experiência. Volto com certeza e recomendo!”

Atendimento: Colaboradores do hotel maravilhosos, muito atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O atendimento fez toda a diferença na minha experiência. Instalações: A central de ar do primeiro quarto era antiga e apresentou problema logo na chegada. No dia seguinte, porém, a equipe resolveu a situação de imediato e fui transferida para um quarto muito bom, confortável e adequado

“Retorno sem problemas nenhum”

The ladies at the café delivered excellent service and truly deserve high praise from all guests and their superiors, yet the reception confused me with another person, requiring me to clarify that I was alone twice during checkout; this unnecessary detail made me feel a bit embarrassed in front of others, and a staff member immediately noticed it and asked me to leave a review.
