The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, it was very expensive for what it offered, especially considering we stayed in August.

The location is quiet, the beds are the most comfortable, and the staff are lovely. The Royal Mile is only a 30‑minute walk away. The bathroom is quite small, but manageable.

The location is great; as soon as you leave the property, bus number 11 takes you straight to the city center. The shower was problematic – the flexible hose leaked water, and there was no soap holder to keep your essentials.

It was a very basic B&B. The neighborhood seemed a little run down. The room was just a room, nothing remarkable, and quite small.
