Everything was great, even though there was a party happening; we didn't even notice it. We ate there and absolutely loved the food.

The staff were friendly and the bar‑restaurant downstairs was nice. The only downside might be the distance from the village centre.

Everything was excellent.

The room was comfortable and the food was very good, but a kitchen machine in the restaurant kept humming late into the night and again early in the morning.

As pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago, the location is fairly close to the route, though the extra 2 km from Cizur Menor can be tiring at the end of the day. Breakfast and meals are available on site. The beds were infested with bed‑bugs, which we only discovered upon waking; I killed about ten of them in five minutes. We told the bar staff, who said they would notify the managers. It was room 2 on the second floor. We spoke with other pilgrims in the hotel who had no issues in other rooms, but ours was truly infested.
