There was nothing positive. The room had no windows, was full of mold as if it had never been cleaned, and had stains on the bedding. The bathroom overall was very dirty and there was no toilet paper; when we asked for it, they didn’t have any. The hotel is rated as a 3‑star but is far from a 1‑star.

The staff were very kind and attentive. The rooms had no windows and were never aired, so a nauseating smell dominated the room. Moreover, we had never seen a place as damp as this. The room was so humid that the bedding got wet and our clothes did too. After a few minutes in the room, we started coughing heavily for the rest of the stay because of the dampness. The walls were full of mold and the bathroom was in a deplorable state, making it almost unusable. If you’re thinking of coming, stay away and don’t be fooled by the enticing prices and good rating that do not reflect the place (photos are absolutely not compliant).

The place was filthy—stains on the beds and hair in the shower. We complained, got a new room, but it was just as dirty. After checking out we headed straight to another hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The affordable price, decent facilities, friendly staff, and strategic location all contributed to my stay. However, I did encounter some issues with limited parking space. Overall, it was a decent choice for the price.

The hotel's proximity to Jatim Park was a major plus for me, making it a convenient choice for my trip. Unfortunately, the room facilities didn't quite live up to the price I paid, and I was greeted by a faint odor upon checking in. Despite this, the hotel's location made up for some of these shortcomings.
