Every day there were homemade desserts in the fridge as a gift, which was a nice touch. The area was quiet and relaxing. The towel's absorbency was a bit disappointing.

Great accommodation to explore Yakushima. The facilities were excellent, with everything needed, including a small onsen on the terrace overlooking the sea. The hospitality was outstanding; each evening after our outings we found a new homemade dessert in the fridge, a gift from the host.
