The bed was comfortable. I stayed in room 318, supposedly for £2700, and the air‑conditioner didn’t blow warm air even after I tried to set it, so I’m now lying with a 39°C fever and will never choose this hotel again.

The double room was modern and spacious, with a safe, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, bathrobe, and multiple phone sockets. I liked the quiet – that’s a big deal for me, no noise at all. We were close to London Bridge station, in a nice area, very near the Thames and the Tate. A staff member gave us restaurant recommendations. It’s possible to leave your bags on the last day, which is very convenient, and the water fountain is appreciated. I recommend this hotel. The carpet is hard to keep clean.

The mattress is awesome. Chrome connect on the TV wasn’t working.

The croissants were amazing. Positive.

I think the hotel is well‑located in the city centre, easily reached by metro and trains from Gatwick Airport. You can drop off luggage, and the setting is beautiful. The check‑in starts at 15:00 and not before, which I find disappointing.
