I consider it one of the best family resorts; kids can stay entertained for two to three hours after breakfast without getting bored. It’s an excellent start to a trip, featuring a variety of animal exhibits, a playground, a water park, and a separate hot tub. The hotel services are truly exceptional. I prefer staying away from the center and crowds for the location.

Hygiene, service and friendliness were all excellent. The breakfast catered more to local guests than tourists – there was a huge selection, but few items suited Western tastes.

All facilities are available and the rooms are wonderful for breakfast, dinner, gym, and massage during events. The pool feels a bit chilly; it could be warmer, but there’s a small tepid pool for warming up. Nothing was poor—overall the hotel is excellent.

My parents and grandmother spent five days here and the care they received was extraordinary; the hotel supplied a wheelchair free of charge for my grandmother’s limited mobility and staff were always ready to push it, open doors or carry luggage with genuine warmth. For her 100th birthday they upgraded my parents to a larger room with a connecting door so they could stay close, which was a thoughtful touch. The food was consistently excellent, the breakfast buffet a real highlight, the rooms immaculate, and nightly live music on the rooftop added a nice finish. The only small downside was the hotel’s distance from the city centre and the lack of nearby restaurants, though we never needed them because everything we wanted was on‑site.
