I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. They didn't accept my initial booking, and I ended up making another one at a higher price. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the first booking, I never received it.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. However, the facilities could use some improvement, as it seemed like the maintenance team could have done a better job in keeping the place spotless and well-maintained, with some areas looking a bit worn out and in need of a fresh coat of paint.

I visited this hotel in a lovely tourist spot, and my room was nice, clean, and spacious. However, I was bothered by flies everywhere, despite the presence of a fly zapper that didn't seem to be effective.
