The riad in Fez is a great palace. The hotel staff welcomed us, parked our car, and explained everything. The personnel are highly qualified and always ready to help. Thank you very much, everything was good. It should be noted that the riad matches the photos, but the rooms are a bit worn and need renovation. However, the price covers some inconveniences. I would also like to see tastier breakfasts.

The owners’ hospitality was exceptional; from the first moment they showed a close, friendly, and always helpful attitude. Their flexibility to our needs made everything much more comfortable, demonstrating genuine care and a real commitment to our wellbeing. It’s a pleasure to meet hosts who attend to every detail and make the experience even better.

A beautiful riad, simply gorgeous. Staying in a lovely riad at an affordable price was a good choice. The location is excellent, no need to travel across different streets. If there isn’t free street parking nearby, there is paid parking. We were used to paying random street parking attendants in Morocco, so I didn’t want to argue and was ready to pay, but the host who personally greeted us told me not to pay, and wow, parking turned out to be free for us. The riad staff are wonderful, very responsive and open. We also had a massage with argan oil, but don’t expect a super professional massage; just relax, and the fact that you don’t have to travel after the massage was a bonus. Maybe the massage isn’t worth the money, but the thought that my money could feed the families of these wonderful female masseuses inspired me. I recommend this riad and am very grateful to the whole team; they are wonderful people.
