The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The place is in a great spot and the room is nice. The room felt a bit dark, but that’s the only thing I didn’t like.

Riad Les Oliviers & Spa sits beside Bahia Palace in Marrakech’s medina, offering a rooftop terrace, pool, and Atlas Mountain views. Traditional Moroccan décor greets guests in en‑suite rooms, some air‑conditioned with flat‑screen TVs. A hammam delivers massages, while a Moroccan breakfast of pancakes and pastries is served terrace‑side. The riad’s courtyard lounge, free Wi‑Fi, and 24‑hour staff enhance comfort.

The riad is exceptional and beautiful. The spaces are very clean, comfortable, and warm. The orange‑flower scented oil in the common areas is lovely. Breakfast is excellent, and the staff are always ready to help and improve your stay. It’s ideally located in the heart of the medina, everything is walkable, and taxis can be booked from the riad at fair prices. We didn’t try the spa or restaurant, but the rooftop pool is a real bonus. We’ll definitely return without hesitation. The bathroom/WC door doesn’t lock with a key and isn’t fully closed, which can feel awkward if traveling with friends.

The riad is gorgeous, the staff are adorable, the restaurant is very good, the proximity to the medina is great, and the pool is highly appreciated with good water. The pool area could use a refresh—new plants, for example.

What I liked most was the location and the friendliness of everyone at reception and the café, especially Abdellah. The riad is also very pretty and comfortable. I have no complaints about the low light in the rooms, since they’re not oriented outside—after all, it’s a riad and only gets light from the courtyard. However, despite the great hospitality and the hard work of the head waiter at breakfast, I find the breakfast offerings a bit sparse.

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was excellent. They arranged restaurant reservations, airport transfers, and trips to attractions and restaurants that were out of walking distance. The pool area needs some upkeep.
