The property was amazing. I just wish I could have spent more time in the main salons. Next time I’ll ask if I can park my car. A drunken passerby kicked a huge dent in my passenger door. Also I’d like to stay in the main house with 12+ ft ceilings.

The building has real character, a large room, a huge comfortable bed, very effective air conditioning, and an excellent location just a 2‑minute walk from Frenchmen Street and a 5‑minute walk to the French Market. The manager Andrea communicated excellently.

The location was awesome and I loved the cool A/C. I wasn’t able to park on site after all, so I had to park on the street, but it was okay and safe.

The spot was unbeatable, the staff treated me like family and the room outshone what was shown online – I’ve been all over the US and this place truly tops the list. Nothing really bothered me, though parking could be a hassle if you’re not staying on the property – still a minor issue compared to everything else. I’d book again for sure.

The location is fantastic and staying in the historic home was a delight! The only snag was the limited number of AC outlets; a power strip would make charging gadgets a lot easier.
