Excellent breakfast, a family‑friendly vibe, friendly and helpful staff, plus a pool and sauna—really relaxing. The dinner, mainly due to the drinks, was overpriced.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, the spa excellent, and the staff very friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we would definitely return. The only drawback was that the room stayed warm, so better ventilation or cooling would help.

The location in the Zillertal Valley was fabulous and the spa area stunning. The staff were rude, and there was no one near the pool to take drink orders. There was no snack or drink menu in the room or by the pool, and we weren’t allowed to eat breakfast outside even though there was a huge area next to the dining room.

I liked everything: the owner and the staff were very friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the pool in the middle of the mountains is unbelievable.
