The place was clean and comfortable. When I booked, I chose the luxury suite; it was confirmed at payment with a picture and a description of what came with it. Upon arrival, it was not the room I had booked, so because I was traveling by bike I had left certain items at home that the room claimed were available. I had to request them. The room also lacked two‑point plugs for charging phones.

The place surpassed my expectations regarding service and cleanliness. I was especially impressed by the extra blankets. It was easy to find and conveniently located near major highways.

The environment was peaceful, staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the shower door in the pool‑side room was faulty, the room door handle was broken, and there was no small bin in the room. The children’s slides and other pool accessories were very dirty; perhaps a pool cover would keep the dirt out.
