The location was excellent, the metro was about 10/15 minutes on foot, and it was close to a bus stop, supermarket, cafés and a pizzeria. The bed was comfortable, the balcony, elevator and kitchen with coffee were pluses. The apartment was nice, with a beautiful large old wardrobe and a wooden bed. However, there were cleanliness issues – mold near the bathtub, small blood stains on the bedding, and the curtains were not very clean. The toilet had no scenting agent, and after three days a bad odor was noticeable. Additionally, the bathtub only worked as a shower, making it difficult to fill, and it took a long time.

The location was close to a bus stop. We didn’t receive a message before arrival and couldn’t contact reception, but they soon gave us instructions on how to access the place.

Access to the property was very easy. It was well located; we could walk to the Vatican and other monuments, and if we needed to go further, the metro was very close. The bathroom could have been a bit tidier, but it wasn’t a disaster.

It was a very bad stay. From the start the air conditioner didn’t blow warm air and we initially had no hot water (hot water was fixed later, but the AC never worked). We informed the host and he asked us to leave the keys in an external lockbox for a technician. When we returned, the lockbox was stuck and wouldn’t open. We were locked out in the hallway for over an hour! The host was completely indifferent, stopped responding to messages and left us literally helpless. Eventually a guard opened the door for us, claiming he wasn’t even staff. Unacceptable behavior and lack of responsibility. I do not recommend it at all.
