The location is great, just a short walk to the train that takes you into Paris and close to other major sights. The staff were very helpful. The room itself was a bit cramped, and the bathtub was small and not very functional; a shower would have been preferable.

The staff were very friendly, and the bathtub and honor bar were nice touches. The spot is excellent, and the Nuxe wash & lotion were a pleasant surprise. However, the room décor feels simple and dated, and the price seemed high for the size and condition.

The elevator was scary, the lighting on the floors was insufficient, and there were misunderstandings at reception about the commercial invoice—first they said I had to ask booking, but after many insistences they finally gave me the invoice on the last day.
