Parking spots were a plus, but the rooms were dirty and the staff were very rude.

The location was close and the staff were friendly, but the place was loud.

The price and location were great, though the beds were hard for my liking.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. I didn’t like anything else. My boyfriend and I arrived around 1 pm on a Thursday and asked when we could check in and if we could check in early. The first staff member said the check‑in time is 4:00 p.m. but he would let us check in at 3:00 because they were still cleaning the rooms. When 3:00 came I went inside to try to check in and another staff member came out and was extremely rude, telling me the check‑in time is 4:00 p.m. even though two hours earlier he had said he would let us in at 3:00. At 3:00 I tried to check in again, he was still rude and said no you can’t check in until 4:00 p.m.; when I asked why he said 3:00 he said he didn’t say that and kept being very rude, insisting it was 4:00 p.m. I canceled my reservation and it’s been 24 hours and they still haven’t refunded my money. I called this morning and asked what was going on; they were extremely rude, telling me to call again. I said I was still waiting for a reply, and the man said he would call. It’s over 24 hours later and they still haven’t contacted me. I have emailed and called the hotel and they still say they will call to return my money, but I haven’t received it yet. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel; the customer service is incredibly rude and unfriendly, and they require a $200 deposit, which is triple the rate of a deposit for rooms that aren’t even nice enough. I’m rating this a zero; they don’t even deserve a 1.
