The best is the location, the guest friendliness of the owner, how clean and new everything looks, especially the bath/shower. Sadly, that is where the good things end. This may be the most driven street in whole Japan, especially by motorbike bands called Bōsōzoku (Google it, you will be surprised on how they mastered the art of making noise). Imagine yourself trying to sleep in the mattress on the floor while seeing the light show made by cars and streetlights (not a single room has blinds) while hearing an orchestra that would make the founder of Harley-Davidson clap for hours. And as if that weren't enough, the walls offer about as much soundproofing as a sheet of paper. Caution, the terrace is the playground of cockroaches, making nighttime dining a far from pleasant experience. Despite our extreme caution going in and out, and keeping all windows and doors sealed as the owner advised, we still discovered a few of them roaming inside the home. This may be the first real review on this place as nobody else mentions the heavy traffic and the noise

“Great location for the beach with family mart next door”

The spot is great—right in front of the beach with Family Mart next door, so I love the location. When our Wi‑Fi cut out, the staff responded quickly and fixed it. A few areas could use improvement: 1) Dustbins are needed on every floor, especially in the bathrooms on the first and second floors, otherwise it’s hard to keep up with trash. 2) The hand towel on the first floor is oddly placed in the toilet instead of next to the sink. 3) A mirror next to the sink on the first floor would be helpful. 4) The first floor is very dusty.

“C’était super !”

The spot is great and the materials feel solid, but the bedroom window lacks a blackout curtain and you can hear a lot from the next house.

They set up charcoal for us, so the BBQ went off without a hitch, though it would have helped to have a hanger.
