“Needs some attention”
I saw a lot of promise in this place; the balcony in our room was lovely, breakfast was great, and we liked strolling to Seguret via a quieter side road. The linens were clean, but the bed collapsed on one side, the sink and toilet were tidy while the floors were dirty, and we found leftover stuff from a previous guest, like a plastic headband and a room‑key sleeve. We had a good time exploring the area, but I’m not convinced I’d book again.
The setting among the vineyards is stunning, the building is tastefully furnished, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, the staff is consistently friendly, the pool area is nice, the breakfast is very good, and the dinner was a dream; nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.

The hotel feels old, the carpet in the rooms is in need of replacement, and at the pool we had to order drinks almost daily – on the first day it was brought to us, but on other days we had to fetch it ourselves. Sometimes it came in glass, sometimes in plastic cups that weren’t entirely clean, and the stairs to the pool are outdated and unsafe.
