“Pessimo e troppo caro!”
I found the location and cleanliness fine, but the price was too high for the quality.

LND Room in Catania sits in the heart of the city, just 800 m from Piazza Duomo and a 5‑minute walk to Ursino Castle, while Lido Arcobaleno beach is 1.8 km away. Rooms offer air‑conditioning, private baths with bathrobes, refrigerators, electric kettles, and free Wi‑Fi. English‑speaking staff, a paid shuttle, and meticulous cleanliness make it a standout choice.

The place was tidy, but the street noise was constant, so staying in that part of town is not ideal.

The spot was convenient, close to the beach, city center, and a breakfast bar, yet the street noise was relentless 24/7—no chance to sleep, rooms lack soundproofing, scooters hit your bed all day, and there was no coffee bar voucher as shown in the pictures; bring earplugs if you plan to stay.

The place was clean.

The room was a short walk from the city center and easy to locate, the lock‑box entry worked smoothly, and there were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby; the room was clean, spacious, recently refurbished, and everything functioned well, with a comfortable bed and ample space for a sofa, table, and chairs—great value for money, and the owner replied quickly to our emails. However, if you’re a light sleeper it might be a bit noisy; we stayed on a Saturday night and a band played just down the street, sounding almost like it came from behind our unit—loud but enjoyable, stopping around midnight. The area is old, but we, an elderly couple, felt safe and found the locals very friendly.
