The room was great and the grounds were stunning, but GPS struggles at the site are real; the confirmation mentioned it and offered fixes, yet the advice was hidden and many of us missed it, which proved crucial. Once we found the location, everything else was flawless—staff and property were impeccable. Fantastic venue!

The setting was gorgeous and wildlife was awesome, and everything we needed was there. However, the 8 km road in was rough and uneven in spots, and nobody was at reception—everyone left and only wanted to help turn down the gas heating. It wasn’t urgent, so I just slept with the door open.
