The staff at this place were super rude and it felt like they weren't welcoming to couples at all. Not exactly the friendliest folks, which made our stay pretty uncomfortable.

Nothing. There was no hotel of this name so cancelled my stay after I reported them the non-existence of the hotel. I was there with 3 luggage trolley, my wife and 2 year old kid waiting on the road for checkin

This property was a total mess - dusty entrance, no lift, and construction going on right outside my second-floor room. The toilets were pathetic and I ended up cancelling after talking to customer care. Not suitable for families, that's for sure.
