“Great property but some details to improve”
The room felt cozy, and the breakfast and lunch buffets were fantastic. The property was spotless and had a charming vibe, and the pool was superb. The location worked well for us because we were heading to a wedding nearby. We booked for two adults and two kids, but when we checked in the second sofa bed wasn’t set up, and after a few hours we had to call someone to fix it. The sofa bed itself was uncomfortable, with a big bar in the middle; a mattress topper would have solved that. The resort knew my son had celiac disease, yet they did almost nothing to accommodate him at breakfast, and the dishes weren’t clearly labeled.
