The location is super quiet yet still central, just a 10‑minute bus ride to the city center, with excellent breakfast and a small terrace for those who want to dine outside. The only downside is that finding a parking spot in the evening is tough; it’s better to arrive at noon.

Irene’s quick response, the small touches, and Lucia’s helpful suggestions made our stay very enjoyable.

The place was clean, tidy, and the people were friendly, with a cute interior and smooth check‑in. On January 1st, instead of breakfast, we were given a dry tray with no eggs. The room felt cold, and the bathroom was drafty from the window.

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was typical Italian but tasty. The air‑conditioning worked poorly, so the room stayed cool; for comparison, when I turn my home AC on for 30 minutes, the whole floor gets hot, yet here the AC was on for 2–3 hours and the room stayed cold. The kitchen was also cool during breakfast. The bed creaked loudly when I turned sideways.
