The facilities and beach organization were fine, but there were too many annoying cats, the breakfast buffet lacked variety especially for Arabs, it was only set up for foreigners; I paid an extra room fee for my 14‑year‑old son, yet the services were unavailable, which seemed unjustified for a minor, I booked two nights, the Indian man at reception was rude and didn’t speak respectfully, as if we were guests who didn’t pay; the balcony had so many dead cockroaches that it was unbearable, and they even left them for us to deal with.

The beach is right next door, which is great, and the staff were friendly. The room wasn’t clean and there were a lot of insects, the furniture was very old and dusty, and the mattress was not comfortable at all. It was also very expensive for what it offered.

“I stayed at this hotel from October 3rd and checked out on October 4th at 2 PM, despite originally booking for two night”

Ellie, his team, and Atef were very decent, but everything else was terrible: customer service was bad, hygiene was awful, there was no manager at night, and housekeeping was terrible in rooms and common areas like bathrooms and showers.

“It was a very good pool and beach facility , and decent breakfast, but rooms not clean and not comfy.”

The beach and pool were nice, but the room was dirty and the furniture was old. The hotel feels geared toward beach parties rather than families, and the music stayed loud until midnight.
