How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Receptionist Elsa was very friendly. The location is good, also relative to the airport. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Our room was on the ground floor, next to the kitchen. Very early we were disturbed by shouting from staff and young children (??) in the kitchen. Breakfast was quite limited and very unhealthy. And note: our window couldn’t open. Air‑conditioning was available.

Location, price, and cleanliness. Nice staff and people. The beds were too firm. The spare blanket had holes in it! Weird…

The breakfast spread was wide, but my request for a top‑floor room to avoid the noise from above fell through, so I kept hearing THUMP THUMP THUMP. I also found no whole milk—only skim or 2%—and the hot tub was just lukewarm, around 101 degrees. The pool looked murky, which made my kid reluctant to swim.
