I stayed in a room for two people that was really good, and the balcony offered a nice view of the mountains. The kitchenette made it easy to prepare meals when needed, and the location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. I truly recommend it.

The room was very pretty and clean, and the kitchenette had everything required. There’s also a lift, which is handy for moving heavy luggage to higher floors.

The location was excellent with beautiful views of the surroundings, close to the city centre and Park Zdrojowy, and there was a parking lot in front of the building. The room was spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and basic appliances, clean, and the beds were fairly comfortable. A lift in the building made it easier to transport luggage to upper floors. The room had air‑conditioning and Wi‑Fi, and a TV with digital terrestrial broadcast. The balcony, however, was not inviting; the boards were overgrown, and the balcony had a broken table and a cracked chair. Wi‑Fi was available, but the password on the room information board was outdated. The AC remote lacked batteries, and the kettle lid wouldn’t open; water could only be poured through a small hole. The stove, which was supposed to work with all cookware, turned out to be an induction unit with almost all symbols worn away, making it unclear how to use it. The room was dark, half of the lighting fixtures didn’t work, and one night light didn’t turn on. These are minor issues that could be fixed before guests arrive, especially considering the price for a property of this class. The bitterness was amplified when, after a 10‑hour run, we couldn’t get into the room for an hour because the magnetic lock on the door wouldn’t open, and the staff member we dealt with behaved in an inappropriate manner. At the time of payment for the room we were staying until Monday, the staff asked if we were leaving on Sunday; I said no. After the lock incident, she called the next day “apologizing,” but asked the same question, “are we leaving on Sunday?” She asked that question three times over the four‑day stay. I don’t know what’s going on; perhaps we should have paid for the stay and left immediately.

The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were very bright and well lit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect space for a couple. The only downside was the proximity of a neighbouring building that blocked 90 % of the balcony view, so there was no privacy and it was hard to feel relaxed with other guests so close.
