“Ottima soluzione a Goreme”

The building is lovely, located in Göreme just outside the chaotic center but convenient for reaching all local attractions, whether on foot or by car. It has a handy private parking lot right in front of the hotel. The staff is fantastic, especially Metin, who tried every possible way to satisfy our requests, always friendly, smiling, and available. Breakfast served on the terrace is plentiful, but we felt the sweet selection could be improved. We had a double room with a private balcony: not very large, but with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The price‑quality ratio is excellent, a solid recommendation. The only downside was that the balcony faced the nearby hotel where guests were having breakfast, so there was no privacy unless you closed the blinds. As a result, the room received little natural light and the balcony was hardly usable because anyone could look inside.

The staff were very attentive, the hotel is close to the city center, and the breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. I had a balcony and could see the balloons going up. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and attentive from start to finish, making us feel cared for throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent—varied, plentiful, and freshly prepared by the hotel each day. A highlight was watching the balloons rise from the hotel in the early morning, a real spectacle. Though not in the very center, a walk takes less than 10 minutes and we always felt safe. Highly recommended!

“Très bon séjour malgré les désagréments ennoncés.”

The staff are kind, very helpful, and ready to arrange a quality hot‑air balloon flight when everything else is booked. Breakfast is very varied with a wide selection, but it lacks fruit. The interior insulation is noticeably insufficient—shower noises, conversations, and door closings can be heard. The bathroom in the double rooms is cramped, with no cabinet or shelf for toiletries. Family rooms are more pleasant.
