“Ruined part of the holiday as I had to book quickly another hotel near bye , I am seeking a refund”
The hotel was awful—rooms were tiny, no sea view despite the listing, a fire escape blocked the doors, the locks were poor, and there was no safe; the windows and doors leading to the escape were shocking in terms of security. A stretch of road outside was being relaid with diggers, no footpath, so when it rained the mud and water made walking dangerous—my wife, who had a hip operation, couldn’t risk it. The hotel was nothing like the listing showed, and the receptionist tried to demand cash up front with a disgusting attitude, which I refused.
