The sink was leaking, the shower was clogged and poorly sealed so water leaked out of the shower stall even with the doors closed. The toilet gurgled alongside the sink. We found a dirty coffee cup with an empty tea sachet. The floor was dirty, we received two key bundles, one of which didn’t work, and the bedside lights were dead, leaving us in dimness at night. Even in the apparently new bathroom there was only a light around the mirror, so I couldn’t see anything and had to use my phone flashlight to remove my lenses. The pillows were huge. The TV had no tuned channels. The minibar had no water bottle at all. We called the owner that morning but he didn’t answer; we sent him a message, still no reply. Absolutely terrible. Do not recommend.

The location was good, but the host was absent and power was out for several hours multiple times during the stay.

The place sits in a quiet area, so sleeping was very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Note that the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. The host gives very clear, detailed instructions on how to get there and how to access the property. Everything was well organized. Overall, a very clean, quiet, and comfortable place if you plan your transport in advance. The main thing to keep in mind is transportation. Check the bus schedule carefully, especially when planning your return. Italian buses can be a little unpredictable. During normal hours, you can reach the city in about 15‑20 minutes. Later in the evening, a taxi is the better option, as once the buses stop running, walking is basically the only alternative. The walk is manageable, but not particularly convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable and you can park right outside. The shower was decent and the AC was very quiet. The listing says there’s a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, but there were none, and the host ignored me when I asked. It’s annoying when facilities are listed that don’t exist. We were planning an early getaway on a Sunday morning so had purposefully chosen somewhere with this facility.
