We’re absolutely thrilled with the hotel. Every staff member is very friendly, kind, and helpful. When we wanted to rent a car, they assisted us immediately. Whatever you need, they’re always welcoming and supportive. Our room is cleaned thoroughly every day and remains spotless. We feel very comfortable here and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thanks to the whole team for their friendliness and great service! 😊

The view is nice, but the property’s quality, upkeep, and service are far below 5‑star standards. In Room 201 the shower was dirty and poorly maintained, with severe water pressure loss and no hot water—only warm water. On the morning of Oct 4 I saw a waiter hand an ice scoop to another staff member while holding the functional scoop end with bare hands instead of the handle, a disturbing lapse in basic food safety. Breakfast service on Oct 4 was extremely slow, with waiters visibly on their phones, and the poached eggs were undercooked and inedible. At 13:00, thirty minutes after checkout, while our bags were stored in our friends’ room (which staff knew about), I received an aggressive, demanding phone call from reception about an outstanding €43 balance. The tone was alarming and completely unprofessional for a luxury resort. For the price paid, the lack of cleanliness, food safety, maintenance, and basic hospitality was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel until management addresses these issues.

The location in Santorini is unbeatable, and the infinity pool is gorgeous. The mattress lay directly on the floor, so it could feel a bit uncomfortable at times. The bed sits at the top of the room, making it quite hot even with the A/C on. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Everyone was extremely helpful and the view is really good. One downside is that the pools described as exclusive are somewhat semi‑exclusive because there were three pools right next to each other.
