The beds were super comfortable and the bathtubs added a nice touch, plus the location was good. However, the place felt very gloomy with a damp smell in most rooms, staff was scarce and the one person on duty had to do EVERYTHING, there was no cable, breakfast consisted of dry croissants and cakes with some tea, no fruit at all… They should take a couple of stars off because you come in trusting the hype and then you’re hit with a different reality.

Location and breakfast were excellent.

The building is really beautiful, but maintenance is lacking and the room price doesn’t match the service offered; the room should be much cheaper.
